By accessing and using the Vamos Medical platform operated by Vamos (Qingdao) Medical Services Co., Ltd(a company registered in the People's Republic of China), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes will be resolved in Chinese courts with jurisdiction in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

Critical: You must provide accurate and complete medical information. False or misleading health information can result in inappropriate treatment recommendations and may endanger your health. We are not liable for medical decisions based on inaccurate information you provide.

Refunds may be provided for cancelled consultations (24+ hours notice), technical issues preventing service delivery, or as required by Chinese consumer protection laws.
Taxes and Invoices
All prices include applicable Chinese taxes. Official invoices (Fapiao) are available upon request for tax deduction purposes in accordance with Chinese tax regulations.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
Medical Emergency Warning
Our platform is NOT for medical emergencies. For life-threatening conditions:
- • Call 120 (China Emergency Services) immediately
- • Go to the nearest hospital emergency room
- • Do not rely on our platform for urgent medical care
Service Limitations
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Chinese law, Vamos Medical Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
6. Data Processing and Privacy
China Data Localization Compliance
All personal and medical data is stored exclusively within China in compliance with the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Your data does not leave Chinese territory.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal and medical information as described in our Privacy Policy. You have rights under Chinese PIPL to access, correct, and delete your personal information.
Medical Record Retention: Medical records are retained for 15 years as required by Chinese healthcare regulations, even after account deletion.
7. Termination
Account Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
User Termination
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Our Termination Rights
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or as required by law.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately. Medical records will be retained as required by Chinese law. Outstanding payments remain due, and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved through:
Consumer Protection: These terms do not limit your rights under Chinese consumer protection laws. If any provision conflicts with Chinese law, the law takes precedence.
